Investigation Scholarship

This is a nationwide grant for photographers and journalists we have created in 2016 to commemorate our 15th anniversary. It is created out of the urgent need to support research photojournalism, which is a fundamental practice for the development of healthy democratic societies. The foundation calls for applications so that professionals of the sector, photographers, research experts and journalism students can suggest topics to research on.

An expert jury evaluated the proposals and granted 8,000 euros to the winner.

A jury of experts evaluated the proposals and concede 8,000 € to the chosen professional or collective, so that he, she or they can carry out their research during the following nine months. The awarded project must be unpublished and must have a social relevance. The previous experience and quality of the applicants, as well as their capacity to execute the project, are evaluated. The results of the investigation are to be exhibited during next year.
